An Inside Story...!!!
Hi friends...!!!! So here I am with my maiden post..!! It was ringing in my mind for long to post something...but was not getting anything to write about..!!
Then an idea clicked in when i was having a chat with one of my friends last evening!!! So here I am..
This post is actaully an inside study sort of thing as to what is really lacking in the youths, in general and techies of M.P., in particular..!!
One thing that everyone would agree with me is that we do lack something n somewhere as compared to youths from metros...and no one can deny this fact..!! But what is the thing that is missing...!! Is it lack of knowledge..??? If anyone thinks so...then he or she is wrong..!!! The students here are equally competent with their counter-part from other parts of the country..(atleast I'm sure about the technical students).
The thing that really lacks is
The claim that the situation of the colleges of Maharashtra is no better than those in M.P. is acceptable, rather obvious. But the advantage that a student there would enjoy over those studying in M.P. is with regard to exposure. In this fast changing world, we can't simply rely on the education being provided by schools and colleges but a sense of awareness is of utmost importance for survival. And why only talk about Maharashtra, take any place..!!!
What I really find missing out here, not only in the college, but in general, the zeal and interest to discuss about things and to come up with ideas..!! Be it anything..Let's for instance take the case of Ganguly's exclusion from the indian team for the 3rd test..!! The whole nation is feverishly discussing abt this....but there hardly seems any interest out here..!! One may complain about the environment missing...but let me tell you friends it is we only who create the environment..!!
Many may term it as "bogus"..but friends..all this really helps..!! There has been a rush of companies for campus recruitment these days....Thanks to the present boom in the market..and there these things count a lot..!! Technical knowledge is there with everyone, no doubt about that..!!! And to be frank companies don't only look for knowledge, they also see the overall personality of the candidate..!!
One really needs to be in regular touch with what's happening around in the world..!! Or else you would be left far behind in the race..!! What you guys say about this.....

With due respect to the wy that u think,but technical knowledge also has an important part in any recruitment,be it campus or interview.Moreover,a single person cannot create an atmosphere,either had to be present,otherwise that becomes an part of joke for all the peaople.And yes atmosphere is something that is really absent in comparsion to Metros ,that generate the feeling to do thing different and new.Thats it .
Yes, u r absolutely correct.At the end of the day the thing that matter is ur overall personality and if personality is impressive then no doubt whereever u go everytime u'll make a mark.
AWARENESS, EXPOSURE, ENVIRONMENT
These three things do matter a lot in your personality development.

Dear it seems u never understand the intricacies involved with life and friendship. I as a friend of Tarun commented in a few words coz I would applaude his work even on my deathbed and even if it is with a small clap, and I hope u don't have problems if I do that and I know Tarun understand y will I do that.
Secondly, I would like to thank Tarun who in his own way has given a fitting tribute to the apathy shown by my "friends" on my blog, also not forgetting to mention the person who is my closest pal.

Friendship is not only abt saying that u care and ur always there, it is abt actually being there when it matters, appreciating ur friends when required...
and not going abt the town painting it red mentioning that HE/SHE IS MY FRIEND and actually not caring for him.
and now for the actual comment since i have told u what I actually wanted to write I'll do it now.
The attitude of people here is "MCD..." so we have this blog written by u. The daythis attitude changes there will be a lot of improvement in the condition of this state.

Hi...by chance jumped to ur blog while searching BHOPALI bloggies.
would agree to some of ur points but dont u think the problem is same everywhere...
a guy in small village thinks that going to town would be helpful, one at town rushes to nearby city, citywala to big city and then big city wala talks abt the environment of METRO...(might be the one in METRO thinks of California...dont know..)
But things are changing(evident frm the placements, collages at Bhopal n Indore r attracting)...and we have to see that in what way we can help this change to be more positive and helpful to creat better AWARENESS n ENVIRONMENT u talked abt...
